PONV is not a problem with a good anaesthesia team , as they manage it very well Image guided endoscopic sinus surgery is better if it's a revision case and if there is any anatomical anomaly etc otherwise conventional FESS is enough if the surgeon is good

After 2 decades of doing nasal surgery, wisdom has dawned, that less is more in nasal surgery. Small tweaks, are preferable to dramatic surgery and a better functioning nose. The surgeon must respect the fact that the lining respiratory mucosa is irreplaceable! I now do Minimally-Invasive Endoscopic Nasal Surgeries coupled with Balloon Catheter Dilatation of the Sinus Ostia which give much better outcomes as compared to full fledged Septoplasty and FESS!
