3 months back My Ferritin was 6.5 and HB 11.5. I was put on Herfem Tablets(100 mg elemental iron) and LifeOK syrup for a month. My levels are now Ferritin-9.8 and HB-13.8. Should I continue Iron supplements.If so what is the dosage.
