Feever without high body temparature

I am 29year male, from last 4days i am feeling fever like feeling but body temparature is not high.. its not crossed 97degree c. The feeling of fever last 7-8days whenever it happen. I have gas problem. Please tell me the possible cause and remidy. Is there any serious thing.

It may be due to electrolytes imbalance in this hot n humid weather Drink plenty of fluids ORS, nimbu pani,coconut water Simple home cooked food A glass of warmwater with lemon in the morning
