Hi sir I observe that on my right testicle on top near Epididymis feel small hard tissue. Is there any dangerous? Please advise I am suffering from legs cramps some time lower back pain and I am taking IBS tablet bcz I was suffering from frequent indigestion stool. Please advise sir
