Its difficult to conclude any diagnosis from only limited history. Crying is a normal emotional response to any stressful situation, frustration, emotional turmoil, tension, problems. When we are emotionally not well with tears in our eyes, we do feel less energy and motivation to do things.  So , it depends on the presence of other symptoms also to conclude your diagnosis.
