Leg pain can be due to few reasons . It can be related to a neuralgia or or due to electrolyte problems or may due to decreased blood flow. As u have suggested blood tests are normal electrolyte problems is ruled out. While the pain u mentioned may be because of some neural problem to confirm meet a neurologist to look for any nerve related problems In spine or legs. Lastly decreased blood flow is seen in old patients with risk factors like diabetes , hypertension mostly. Rarely in young can occur but u need to meet a specialist and need scans for the same.
