Two days back i noticed that erected penis got stuck in a weird shape at sleep coz of underwear...now i feel very slight change in my erected penis...and some bulge at the end of the penis...these changes are very slight and without pain...there is no pain...I am sexually active.is this to be taken seriously or will go away with time ? Thankyou
