Hello Dr I feel so thirsty, so much of saliva in my mouth. I am having cough too.. Is this a symptom of diabetes or anything else. This is happening from last night.

Just one day/ night of excess thirst does not point to diabetes.If in doubt get a random sugar level done.Then consult a general physician.
