I am feeling very thirsty and dry mouth and tongue. I have done my urine test - URINE PUS CELLS was 2-3 /hpf and URINE EPITHILIAL Cells was 5-6 /hpf and other thing are normal.

Hi, probably due to less water intake, hydrate ur self properly n also avoid oily n spicy stuffs as acidity can also be the reason.
