Feeling of something stuck in throat in throat and burping. ENT report was negative. Endoscopy was normal except deformed d1 and recommend anti h. pylori treatment. What is deformed d1. What should eat and not

Deformed part of first duodenum usually caused by severe ulcer disease. No need to worry unless recurrent vomiting.Continue anti.h pylori treatment. Avoid high calorie junk food and skipping meals.Throat sensation if continues neurologic evaluation required
