Before 4 month this problem arised so doctor advice me b12 and vit d test then b12 is 180 and vit d is14 so doctor advice me becodule and d rise for it after one month i tested it was b12 is 231 and vit d is 34 ; i also feel better in sleepy faint and pain in legs from 1st week onwards but now after about 3 months complete i feel samething as earlier like sleepy always and some pain in feets etc so i tested again myself it was now b12 is 282 and vit d is 25 so tell me the main reason of that as my tshsugar bp hb all are normal
