Feeling Sick After Taking Doxycycline

I recently was prescribed doxcycline every 12 hours 1 tablet and i took it friday night, saturday morning and night, and sunday morning. But ever since i've been throwing up and nauseous, i went back and they prescribed me nausea medicine which helps hut doesnt totally help me. It is now thursday of the following week when should the doxycyline be out my system so i can feel 100% better.
