Hi, from past few days i am facing severe headache and dizziness at times when i suddenly get up. Also, i am delayed with my periods. I am afraid if i am getting pregnant, as before a week ago i was involved in a foreplay, but not intercourse with my partner. Kindly help me what needs to be done, and how can i confirm about my pregnancy from home.
