Feeling pain in lower abdomen

Whole abdomen USG is done.The impression is as follows: 1.Bulky Uterus , 2.Bulky right Ovary closely adherent to Uterus-suggestive of infective changes , 3.Moderate collection of fluid in POD extending to right Adnexa. My question-Is there any chance to have any type of cancer in future?Are there any difficulties to conceive?
