I m suffering from mild epi gastric pain, feeling of bloating, swelling in stomach, and right side of stomach recently usg done, was diagnosed with mild fatty liver grade 1, feeling of heavy stomach after drinking specifically after water... problem is since almost 3 months. What can be done?
