When I sometimes sleep on my bed I feel faintness when I turn my head left or right therefore have to keep my head straight. Also when I get up from chair or bed I feel faintness

This can either be a Cervical or a Neurological problem. Consult a neurologist at the earliest as it may be Vertigo
