I wud prescribe you certain diet first. have only fruits in breakfast. in lunch and dinner have your plate full of sprouts, 2 katori green vegetables (less cooked/half boiled, minimal spices or oil), 1 cucumber and 1 tomato, if carrot etc available then 1 carrot/kaki etc, only 1 or 2 roti, 2 katori especially of daal in each meal. Your problem will get resolved in 7 days. for your weight loss please consult a physician/ surgeon and rule out any other causes/ diseases.
