I am suffering from anxiety disorder from last3 years now i am having nerve pain sometimes in arm leg or or in neck and it feels and threatened me every time is this still symptoms of anxiety and stress or anything else..

Yes bro these can b symptoms of anxiety also but if it is persistent n associated with parathesia tingling n numbness may be symptoms could be because of nerve problem also. Need to consult for further management
