Feeling low and depressed

2019-03-28 06:17:53
3 years ago, my mother used to think about God and spirits, which was more than usual, and it led to her thinking some strange thoughts, like killing god and like views (though she is very spiritual). Now she is going through this dilemma that she had done something very wrong thinking about god like this way. She cannot get out of this. This led to depression and now she has no desire to live. She says that her mind dont work and she continuously has headache. She doesn't show any interest in any activity. Currently she is under medication under psychiatrist, but it is not helping to the extent desired. Kindly advise how to make her feel happy and lively again. Thanks

You can try psycho therapy along with medicine.  But for that its very much necessary to know the diagnosis.. to know if it will help her or not.. !!
