Last month on my arm pit I was facing pain on both shoulder and chest side. After taking shelcall and mecobal pain in gone But nowadays it feels like something inside moving or chopping on both shoulder and chest side Feeling like something cutting on both sides of left arm pit by pressing. Also feel like something moving in the body. Even in throat it feels something in the nods and also swelling with burning symptoms

Check your oxygen saturation.Get one cbc , blood glucose , covid test and chest xray done. Take tab dolo 650 s.o.s
