Feeling less pleasure after mustarbation

From past 2 weeks whenever I mustarbate in after 3 to for days gap I am not feeling enough pleasure and I am not feeling same energy to do it... I am 28yr old so agr is not a factor but I was positive with herpes so can anyone suggest can it because of that or something else and what should I need to do please help me on this

It seems to me there must be issue with the blood supply which needs to be fixed. Let me tell you Masturbation is done by almost all men some do it at an adolescent age while some do it at an older age. However doing Masturbation may give you temporary satisfaction but may impact your future sexual life.
