Since from last 3 4 days i am noticing that i am having right side shoulder pair and heaviness at the centre of chest if feels like i have done crunches excercises when i get up from bed after sleeping position. Please help me by providing the medication name as i have already mentioned everything here and medication on which i am running basically i am a fibrosis patient running on ursocol and vitamin a to z and also used ciplar 2 months back for hypertension now stopped. As i am at very remote location and even i cant go out from here to city for 5 days at any cost till then please provide me some medicines as i dont want to make myself hypertensed and leading to other issues.
