I just feel heated body but when I check the temp.is normla only and I always gets heated of palm and feet .

May be deficiency of pantothenic acid I advice u to take multivitamins which has vit b5 in them for 1 month

Get your routine haemogram and urine test may be you might be anaemic or uti so then treatment can be made out and reason of feeling hot palm and soles be ascertained.
