Yesterday i was feeling body pain, cold and sore throat. I took a paracetamol and slept. I was feeling fine apart from throat toady. Then in the evening i again started feeling cold and feverish.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab paracetamol 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days. Do warm saline gargles thrice a day.
