Morning Feeling cramp( tharippu) in hands and mouth..started taking cincarr at night and nebicard 10 morning..checked bp and sugar..both normal..pla advise

Hello...... What is cincarr?? You should use correct words otherwise we won't understand ..is it cilacar? Sleeping on one side for long period can cause numbness of hand, change your position I'm sleep If it there is numbness that's short lasting and goes off when blood supply is reestablished.
