The most important and easy tips for a problem like this is to stop working continuously and take mini breaks every 30 - 45mins, get up and walk around for 2 minutes, rest your eyes, keep well hydrated etc. Ensure your BP is actually under control with the medications. Avoid the screen from 1 hour before bedtime, prioritise sleep. If all of these fail to control the problem, consult a physician. If they feel the headache is a migraine, you will need a Neurologist.
