Feel pain in lower side of left abdomen

I feel pain in lower side left side near to bladder and it also spreads to left leg and urin colour dark yellow and sometimes yellow speccially in morning. Earlier i diagnosed with left upper ureter stone of 6.4 mm and later i feel pain and now i feel it stuck in my bladder or in lower ureter. Please tell me hw to remove it. Hw to remove it without surgery.

Do a ultrasound kub currently and see for size and location of stone..then I guide further treatment..
