I went to my regular dentist since I got the feeling that my teeth are shaking. I have the feeling that there was some problem. So initially doc took x Ray where he said there are many tooth extraction so spaces are in between teeth hence I have the feeling. Thrreafter he suggested scaling so I went for it. Then I was given dental oil n salt to be rubbed on gums since he said there is slight gum recession. But till now everytime I have the feeling of this clenching

Please 1st take a full mouth x-ray. We have to see the bone levels... Then decide what to do. If there is any active infection inside, all the symptoms u are telling will be there...
Next Steps
