Hi ..it's normal to feel bloated wen u are on progesterone ...and depot provera is a sustained release form. As such there won't be any significant increase in weight but because of water retention u tend to feel bloated. If u keenly observe even before your regular menses u tend to have such bloating sensation.
Next Steps
no need to worry n do anything for it. it's just the effect of harmone ..just relax..
