Feel a lot of gas

Since few days back i started eating 4 chapathis in the lunch and dinner and I started experiencing more gas getting formed and in the night after dinner. ,i am not able to concentrate on my studies , i feel sleepy and my head feels heavy  . Is it because of my diet . ??? Earlier when I used to eat only  rice i did not sleepy

Eating chapatis is not the reason for ur gas and feeling of heaviness Eat less food at dinner time Ull feel more energetic
