Dandruff is not much... But side area of the nose is quite itchy and lil bit red... When I take photo the problem can be seen... What should I do? Prescribe something cause I used allopathy but it doesn't work very much

Use jatyadi cream for  application. Do nasya therapy 2 drops of cow ghee apply in nostrils early in morning  . Keep yourself rehydrate

Use neem face wash gel from himalaya co .twice a day. Other times wash ur face withlukewarm water.
