Features of cystitis and fatty liver

My mom has prolonged urinary tract infection and went to a doctor.. he suggested a scan and gave some antibiotics. The report came with features of cystitis and grade 2 fatty liver.. I have attached the report.. our next appointment is on Monday only.. but this scan results make me very much worried.. is this something serious ??? Please answer doctors
