I am 17 years old. I have a problem since childhood that I cannot tolerate the sound of firecrackers. I get terribly scared when I hear any sound coming from the burst of firecrackers. When I hear that, my heartbeat rate goes to the highest and my whole nervous system gets panicked. What should I do?? I am very helpless in this situation.
