Hi I'm 26m and going to get married soon. So far I haven't had intercourse and I manstruabte on regular basis. Using start and stop tech I can hold my ejaculation for avg 10mins. Currently I have fear that after marriage this 10 min might be very short and my wife might not be happy with me :( very anxious about t and is there a treatment for t pls
