No, once you get your normal period there  is no chance of pregnancy..  If you have sexual intercourse and if you miss  the very next regular period then you have possibility..  Don't worry...  It's not in your case..  Pregnancy  is one the main reason for missed  period  in normally menstruating woman.  Do urine  pregnancy test  if she missed her periods  , if the test result comes positive you have to consult gynaecologist for further  management..  Otherwise no need to worry..
