Fear of HIV after a protected intercours

I recently had a protected intercourse with a lady. I have also received protected oral sex but I have not given. After the intercourse I have noticed cuts on my penis due to friction I believe (not sure) However after a week of intercourse, I got a mouth ulcer. I also feel like rise in temperature after reading the symptoms of HIV in the second week. Do I need to worry about hiv ?
