Fealing vertigo some time

Fealing vertigo some times daily, heavyness in back side of head and neck. I m dignosed with b12 deficiency one year back and ear infection one minth back. Both are treated. Please suggest what will be this? Which doctor i have to consult? I ve desk job.

Vertigo may be due to cervical and same fluid in ear so consult with neurologist ent surgeon  and take physiotherapy
