Sir, my age is 60, female. I am suffering from high Cholesterol and pressure problem. Two weeks back I went to doc for checkup. And he an ultrasonography of my lower abdomen. He found that some fats are in my liver and pancreas. What will i do now? Please advise how to remove fat from there. How can I control so that no more fat goes there. Please help i am very nervous by hearing this. Suggest remedy and precautions and medicine if any. Please help.
