Fatigue,eyesight problem after C-section

My family friend gave birth to her baby around 3 weeks ago though a c-section but rather than feeling better, she now experiences extreme fatigue and eyesight problems. She says that when she looks at someone she only sees that person and everything else becomes dark or extremely blurry.
