electrolytes (maybe lemon juice with salt and
sugar in it). Exercise regularly (Early morning walking will do tons of goodness for your sedentary life style). Exercise will improve your circulation and burn off your excess accumulated fat as well as keep your heart and lungs healthier. It is advisable to get an Ayurvedic oil massage and steam bath regularly ( once a week or twice a month) under the guidance of a qualified Ayurveda practitioner. Good luck.
