Dear Doctor, I need to ask what should be my father's next step. He had a severe lower back pain and it was concluded in the MRI that anteriol marginal osteophytes was seen at multiple levels. They are suggesting they need to inject something in the lower back to make the nerves more receptive. Please advice if we should do that? Please see attached reports. Thank you so much.

You need to go for clinical evaluation, as many times MRI reports are not original cause of pain. A physiotherapist can assess and plan specific exercises based on their hands on examination.
