Fat Deposition in Gallbladder wall
Hello I have liver that is enlarged in size with normal shape with increased echogenecity.. The report shows Hepatomegaly with fatty changes with very high liver enzymes.. So I have gallbladder that is normal in size, shape, and wallthickness but Fat deposition seen in Gallbladder wall..its saying cholesterosis of gallbladder.. I have very severe Indigestion,heartburn, burping, excess gas, constipation,.. Do I need surgery for gallbladder then?
Hi! Majority of your symptoms are not related to gall bladder. But the fatty liver finding is major concern. Your symptoms are dyspeptic symptoms.
You need to take few medications, dietary modifications, exercises. We can discuss it further personally. For gall bladder there is no emergency. And one more thing there is high probability that symptoms will persist even after you gall bladder surgery.
