I woke up, i went to the bathroom, when i was about to wash my face i had a false stomach, and excessive sweating and a head spin, i went out immediately i lay on bed for 4-5 minutes until it passed, i had never experienced such a condition before, what can cause such problem? Thank you.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .first of all i haven't been able to understand what "false stomach" actually is. Please mention proper details. If you don't know exact translation of your problems, then post it in English. Get it checked out the a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
