Fallopian tube blocked

My left side fallopian tube is blocked and right side tube is opened. I took akt for 18month for tube blockage issue. After that we took IUI treatment from Fortis hospital Mohali 3 cycle and during 2nd cycle I conceive actopic pragenency for two month. But after that IUI was not successful. Please suggest​ me next level treatment except IVF. Thanks Neelam

Hello....  Your next option is invito fertilization,  if tube is blocked one has to retrieve egg and fertilize it there is no other way..  Any attempt to conceive naturally  could lead to Ectopic pregnancy and it's not good for you..  Ruptured Ectopic is dangerous so better to go for IVF.....
