Hi Doctor, My skin became darker and dull after my delivery. Am feeding to my 11 months baby. So please suggest which medicine I should take for fair skin.

Skin is diectly related to rasa n rakhta dhatu accirding to Ayurveda....dont go for any fairness cream n all u knw that it has an temporary effect with many side effects....see the changes after using these medicines

1. Yahti + pravala + laghu sutshekara mix all and have 1 tsp twice a day.. 2.Mansapanchaka + shwetachandana + shanka mix all and have 1 tsp twice a day.. 3. Panchatikta ghruta for all application over face and over skin.. 4. sariva + shwetachandan + yashti + bhuikoda mix all and make a paste by adding milk in it and apply over face...
