Failed IUI, follicle size

I had two miscarriages in the past two years. My age is 28.I have a retroverted uterus. My IUI failed last month. What could be the reason.? Husband's sperm count is good. My follicle size is 19x 18 in day 13 of cycle with endomertrium lining thickness 7.8mm..please tell my chances in this cycle

Retroverted uterus is sometime a negative factor for iui The only other factor is the fallopian tubal patency So we have to investigate that.
