Facing Periods flow problem

My age is 28.i am unmarried. i had an operate of left ovarian cyst in december 2016. Doctor recommend me to do ultrasound after very 4 months. Now i am facing periods problem.according to my current ultrasound my right overy size is 39×18×36mm and left overy size is 39×13mm and has a small follicle of 17×8mm.my periods comes on time but flow is not good as compare to earlier days. Em wo worried plz tell me i want to get married.

Dont worry. Get your thyroid and lhfsh hormones done. If your weight is more go for reducing it . And daily exercise and pranayam regularly.
