I am facing painfull from last 2 week. In start I was neglect this because of small issue but now it is increasing day by day.

In the photo of the toe show that you have attached seems to be Mosaic wart. It is an infection by a virus. A closer examination would be required to confirm the diagnosis. Meet with a qualified certified dermatologist in person. If it turns out to be wart indeed it will have to be removed by a procedure. I hope this is helpful for you to understand what the problem is.
