Hello Team/Doctor,  I had one bad habit of materbate on regularly about 4 to 5 years. When i grown up means when i was 19 years old, from that time i felt some side effects like black spots near eyes. Acidity stomach bloating after masterbation. So i left doing that. But from that time i have never intentionally masterbate. But from last 4 to 5 years i am avoiding but still i am facing night fall 2 to 3 times every week even if i am not watching any type of sexually things.
