Facing issues with eyes, ear, nose

I have recently developed pain in my eyes, nose and ears. Along with these I have constant headache in the middle region just like a band. I am a working professional and usually sits for long time in from the laptop screen. Please suggest something as the pain is un-bearable. Prior to this, long sitting hours have caused neck pain/spondylitis which is in the initial stage.
